Marina Wyss is the Founding Engineer & Chief Evangelist at LocalAISource — one of the operating businesses MSG builds and runs — and a partner in the MSG orbit. A career coach and AI/ML educator, she has helped more than 200 professionals transition into data science and AI/ML roles since 2022, and built a YouTube channel of more than 143,000 subscribers making machine learning accessible to people without a technical background.

At LocalAISource she owns the education and community side of the business: curating the Videos & Learning hub, growing the AI/ML Career Launchpad community, and publishing the weekly Gratitude Driven newsletter on AI/ML careers, skill development, and professional mindset. She brings the supply-side audience and the teach-people-to-actually-use-this credibility that MSG's operator approach depends on.
