Karl Gillihan

Karl Gillihan is the founder and President of Manufacturing Solutions Group. He doesn't just advise on building businesses. He runs them. He operates MFGBase, a global procurement marketplace, LocalAISource, a 50-state directory of AI professionals, and ServiceStorm, a field-service platform where he is a partner. All three are real, working businesses.

He earned that the hard way. Karl spent years as a millwright and projects lead on the turbine decks and refinery floors of the energy industry, with stops at ExxonMobil and its XTO Energy operations, then Siemens Energy, where he supervised millwright crews, held nuclear clearance, and worked as a certified emissions compliance programmer. He ran plant overhauls as a Project Manager at Universal Plant Services, then founded and led Stalwart Manufacturing Group as its CEO. Stalwart builds precision parts for the oil and gas and energy sectors, including parts for Siemens Energy.
